In the English version, all airlines that appear are fictitious. There are no real airlines.
Also, additional scenarios such as "Extend Scenario" in the Japanese version cannot be used.

1. If you use graphics hardware and drivers that do not satisfy the operation environment requirements, the game will not start and instead an error will be displayed.
Please confirm that the specifications of your PC meet the operation environment requirements.
Similar errors may also be displayed when the graphic driver has not been installed or have not been replaced during OS upgrades.

2. Gaming operation including data reading or writing may be blocked or stopped by a security software (such as that made by Norton Security for example).
To avoid intervention by the security software, set to skip the specific software folder/file as the monitoring target of the security software, and install again.
How to skip the software as the security monitoring target depends on each security software product; contact the security software manufacturer for more information.

1. The video memory capacity or CPU speed may be temporarily insufficient to disable operation. Lower [Quality level of 3D model] in [Preferences] to "1" and retry the operation.

Check PC or speaker volume, in-game [Volume] button settings, or check that [Volume] in the [HANEDA] tab is set at more than 0% in [Preferences].

If the problem persists after lowering the quality level of 3D model to "1", then the PC requires upgrading to obtain normal operation.

If the mouse response deteriorates during the game play (such as click delays that are too long), set the report rate (polling) of the mouse to a lower rate of 250Hz or less (recommended: 125Hz).
*The setting process depends on the mouse or its driver utility. Some models have fixed settings and so cannot be changed.

This problem can typically occur when using a gaming mouse.

If the mouse pointer is no longer displayed during a game, you can correct this as follows:

For Windows10:

1. Open Settings from the Windows Start menu.
2. Select Devices.
3. Select Mouse, and open Additional mouse options from the menu list on the right of the window. This opens the Mouse Properties window.
4. Select the Pointer Options tab.
5. In Visibility, check Display pointer trails, and drag the slider to Short.

There is a possibility that data cannot be saved to the Documents folder on your PC. For saving files within the Documents folder, Please contact Microsoft support for this matter.
